Refund Policy
Upvote.net aims to provide reliable Reddit engagement. This policy explains when refunds apply and how they are handled.
When Refunds Are Issued
We issue credit refunds automatically in the situations below:
Automod Removals
If Reddit's automated systems remove a comment or thread soon after posting, the task will not be charged. Credits will be returned to your Upvote.net account.
Unfulfilled Tasks
If a submitted task is not completed or assigned within our standard processing time, no credits will be deducted. You can resubmit the task or use your credits for another task.
Cancelled Tasks
If our team must cancel a task before posting due to a fulfillment issue, credits will remain in your account.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
Refunds are not given when:
- A post or comment is successfully published but later removed by subreddit moderators
Manual removals occur due to subreddit rules and are not covered by this policy. Please follow community guidelines for the best results.
How Refunds Work
Refunds are returned as credits to your Upvote.net account. Credits can be used for future tasks.
